Product Summary
The M37632MFT is a single chip microcomputer designed with CMOS silicon gate technology. Being equipped with a CAN (Controller Area Network) module, the M37632MFT is suited to drive automotive equipments. The CAN module complies with 2.0B specification and allows priority based message management. In addition to the microcomputers simple instruction set, the ROM, RAM and I/O addresses are placed in the same memory map to enable easy programming. The built-in ROM is available as mask ROM or One Time PROM. For development purposes emulator- and EPROM-type microcomputers are available as well.
