The CM50DU-24H is a dual IGBTMOD U-series module 50 Amperes/1200 Volts. Powerex IGBTMOD Module CM50DU-24H is designed for use in switching applications. Each module consists of two IGBT Transistor in a halfbridge configuration with each transistor having a reverse-connected super-fast recovery free-wheel diode. The component and interconnect of the CM50DU-24H is isolated from the heat sinking baseplate, offering simplified system assembly and thermal management.
