The CM50YE13-12H is a Powerex Chopper IGBTMOD Module designed for use in switching applications. The CM50YE13-12H consists of one IGBT Transistor having a reverse-connected super-fast recovery free-wheel diode and an anode-collector connected super- fast recovery free-wheel diode. All components and interconnects are isolated from the heat sinking base-plate, offering simplified system assembly and thermal management. The applicaitons of the CM50YE13-12H are DC Motor Control and Boost Regulator.
